I am starting to get really excited about studnet teaching. I think that this next video teach should be very good experience for me. I think that i am ready for the daily challenges of teaching and dealing with the students. i am very ready for some responsibility, and i know that sounds weird because that is my main professional goal, but i believe that i am ready. When i am tyring to hold myself accountable i know that i sometimes struggle. but i think that having to be responsible for my students and being accountable to them will help me.

Ahhhh, you must be a teacher, John! When a person is motivated by his students, then he must be a teacher.
As this semester comes to a close, I know that you are ready to assume more teaching responsibility. It has been fun for me to watch as you and your colleagues have grown in knowledge and confidence as the semester progressed. Do you know where you will student teach? During the summer, you may want to begin thinking about some lessons that you might teach. You may want to even talk to some of your ESS professors for advice / activities. Do you hard thinking now while you have time. Good job this semester! NB
